We ship worldwide!
- Within Sweden:
A shipping cost of 65 SEK will be added to your order.
- To EU Countries:
A flat shipping rate of 150 SEK will be added to your order.
- Outside EU and to the US:
A flat shipping rate of 250 SEK will be added to your order.
All cleared orders are processed within two business days of receiving the order. During extra occasions such as Christmas or summer holiday the orders might be processed more slowly, but information regarding this will always be announced. We operate Monday to Friday, with the exception of Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package.
Orders will be sent out by Postnord and will be delivered to your nearest service point. A notification will be sent to you when your package is ready to be collected. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to By Women store. Please note that you still have to pay the delivery cost for the returned package and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
How do I track my package?
After your order has been shipped, you will get an e-mail with a tracking number.
By Women store provides worldwide shipping. However, you pay for the return shipping in case you want to return or exchange an item. All prices include 25% Swedish VAT. Local VAT and import customs, if applicable, may have to be paid in your own country.
When do I get my package?
Your order will normally be delivered within 3-6 business days in Europe.
Worldwide delivery is 10-12 business days.
How do you deliver?
Deliveries are made via the postal service to your nearest service point.
What happens if I do not pick up my package?
If you don't pick up your package, you will be billed a fee of 200 SEK (20 dollars). Make sure to enter your correct mobile number or email address to get a notification when your package has arrived and is ready to be collected.
If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in unused condition and with original packaging, for a refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days.
Please allow 14 days for us to make a full inspection and processing of your return.

How do I make a return or claim?
If you would like to make a return, please email us on email@example.com for further instructions.
Please note that all items must be returned in original purchase condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Non-approved returns: All received returns are inspected on arrival to the warehose. We reserve the right not to approve returns of products that have been used more than just for fitting, or where the original packing is damaged.
If the return is not approved the product will be sent back to the customer and the purchase is considered complete. We do not charge any fees for our handling in connection with such returns.
Who pays for the return freight?
If you want to return a purchase, you pay for the return by yourself at the nearest service point where you send back your shipment.
As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery. If the product is somehow damaged or faulty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the problem (enclose pictures if possible!) and we will get back to you to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I get my refund?
Your payment will be refunded to the card you paid with, minus the possible cost for the return shipping. The transfer can take up to five business days, depending on your bank's refund process.
